At just 14 years old, Mohammed Ali Dumbuya of Fourahbay Community has made history as the youngest player to score a goal in the COFA Inter Community Champions League group stage.
Dumbuya produced a moment of brilliance in the 47th minute, finishing with class to put Fourahbay 1–0 ahead.
However, Kolleh Town fought back to equalise 1–1 before the end of proceedings.
Despite the final score, Mohammed Ali’s attacking proficiency and impressive performance earned widespread applause from the fans, particularly when he was substituted in the second half.
The youngster capped off his memorable display by being named Man of the Match.
