Sierra Leone’s national team, Leone Stars has held its first training session on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 in Guinea Bissau in preparations to face the country on Thursday, September 4th, for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier.
The home-based delegation, which arrived on 1st September, was joined by professionals including Kei Kamara, Mohamed Buya Turay, Juma Bah, Momoh Kamara, Mamadu Wurrie Jalloh and Saidu Fofanah.
The Leone Star’s Head Coach, Mohamed Kallon led the session, with the remaining foreign-based players, Osman Kakay, Augustus Kargbo and Tyrese Forman, who later joined the squad.
Leone Stars are poised to field a strong and competitive lineup, aiming to secure a vital result in their World Cup qualification campaign.
